Photos (JPEG, PNG, HEIC), video (MP4, MOV), and audio. Single files cap at 2 GB — we're raising that as we scale. If you're working with larger masters, email support@phlixy.com and we'll sort a path.
payHow does my money stay safe?
When a buyer pays, the money's held safe — not in anyone's pocket yet. The full-res file only unlocks once the transaction confirms. Then the buyer gets exactly what they previewed, and your payout queues. Payments run through 3DS 2.0 with fraud detection on every charge.
payHow much of each sale do I keep?
90–100% of every sale, depending on your plan — no ad-revenue splits, no platform tax on your reach. Compare that to subscription sites that take ~20%. Your price, your terms, your money.
payWhen and how do I get paid?
Connect a payout method in Settings → Payouts (bank or debit card). Once a sale clears, your payout queues automatically — cash lands, typically within a few business days depending on your bank and region. You'll see every payout, with a receipt, in your activity.
payWhat happens with chargebacks or disputes?
Phlixy ships with chargeback armor. Because every exchange is previewed, held safe, and receipted, disputes go through a clear, evidence-backed process — not a silent ghosting. We surface the preview, the unlock event, and the receipt so the facts speak for themselves.
buyI bought something — where is it?
Your purchase unlocks the moment the payment clears — find it under Purchases in the app. You'll view or download it exactly as the creator set it. If a charge confirmed but the file hasn't unlocked, give it a minute, then reach out and we'll chase it.
buyCan I commission custom work?
Yes. Go direct to the creator, agree the brief, and lock it in — money held safe. Your cash stays protected until the work lands in your hands — no middleman, no feed, no blind deposit. Two sides. One clean exchange.
buyWhat if what I received isn't what I previewed?
Open a dispute from the transaction. Because the preview and unlock are both on record, resolution is evidence-backed — we compare what you previewed against what unlocked. If it doesn't match, you're covered. Funds only fully release when the exchange is clean.

Report it immediately to safety@phlixy.com with the link and any details, and file a takedown via our DMCA page. Phlixy is built to prevent this — link-only access, view-only mode, and watermarked previews — but if a buyer breaks trust, we act fast and the receipts back you up.

Use the report action on any link or transaction, or email safety@phlixy.com. We review every report. Phlixy is a tool for clean, consensual exchanges — anything outside that gets removed.

Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen for a reset link. If the email never lands, check spam, then confirm you're using the address on your account. Still locked out? Email support@phlixy.com from that address and we'll verify and restore access.

Head to Settings → Notifications. Toggle sales, payouts, link views, and product news independently. The earnings ping is the one we'd keep on — that's the moment.
accountHow do I delete my account?
Settings → Account → Delete account. We remove your content from the vault and close your account. If you have money mid-transaction or a pending payout, settle those first. Want a copy of your data before you go? Email support@phlixy.com and we'll export it.
